  1. Sheet updated, separated the divisions, and fixed some numbers. I assume Zephyr is still at 61, since it seems they fell off the UIL document with the addition of one more private school between the October numbers and the Dec 7th update.
  2. Made a rank order document since I haven't found one anywhere else https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fG6FTYvkNrKb5x4BsWQB2_07S0ACLYWIlMRMDki3iZ4/edit?usp=sharing
  3. As someone who watched their show at Austin, Katy, and San Antonio: San Antonio was actually the first time I believed that they could make Nationals finals. It bites to see that they were so close.
  4. Just wanted to say yesterday's prelims was the final competition I could make it out to, since I have essentially all of my classes on Tuesday/Thursday this semester. After running the schedules of everything I attended into a text file, I got to see 308 performances on the field over the course of the season, at competitions in Austin, Midland, Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio! My graduation is set for next spring, and with my plans to be entering the workforce at that time, I do not think I am going to ever be able to do again what I did this season. THANK YOU to all the incredible bands I got to witness, this has definitely been a season to remember! Best of luck to those in finals today!
  5. Oh dang, I've been so out of that loop I didn't realize we already have a snapshot. I know what I can pore over tonight if I don't find Prelims recaps hahaha
  6. Wow College Station, what an emotional performance of a well-designed show!
  7. Well, the theoretical fireworks? That should've been then.
  8. Man I wish tonight didn't run quite so late. I was able to take the bus for State Prelims on Monday (and will do do next Monday too), but the last bus of the night is at 9:38pm. The cost of parking felt like I'd been shot knowing when the bus works it saves me that much money.
  9. Wow Permian! Show has come a LONG way in the past month, I'm impressed!
  10. Sorry Round Rock, the lights in the back are a detractor. Just let it be the backdrop for that fantastic show!
  11. Whoever is playing some Meute on the intermission playlist is my hero
  12. Not that the temperature is going to get too much warmer today. So glad I'm in the dome all day
  13. As announced at the stadium: 1st - Rouse 2nd - Cedar Park 3rd - Leander 4th - Liberty Hill ^^^^ Advancing to state ^^^^ 5th - Glenn 6th - Wagner 7th - C. C. Winn 8th - Medina Valley 9th - Harlandale 10th - McCollum
  14. Is it too soon to worry about the weather situation?
  15. Word on the street is Region 3 is all 1s
  16. Finally back to San Antonio, and I have to say, Houston bands feel a lot closer to Austin groups this year than they did last year. Cy-Fair, Pearland, Bridgeland are killing it!
  17. Of the 9 BOA Events in Texas, 5 of the reigning champions will not be defending their title.
  18. Oh geez, I daytrip this Regional from San Antonio, so that throws a bit of a wrench in my plans. I also daytrip the Katy Regional...
  19. Seems the Program Book is now a dead link https://marching.musicforall.org/programbook-sanantonio22/ Anyone know what's up with that?
  20. Now I don't have data at my fingertips or anything, but I reckon 15 hours and 18 minutes is the largest time between performances on the same day? Hats off to Pecos!
