    Does anyone know the penalty value for going under the six minute minimum for performances at BOA?

    Hendrickson got a time penalty if anyone was curious. I am not sure if that's what decided finals for them but it is possible.

    What is the general opinion on Robert E. Hendrickson HS? Most everyone is placing them out of finals at State but they have not made much of a public appearance. What basis are these predictions coming from?

    It is OK, but the proportions of population regarding advancement to state are proportional so I don't really see your "taking less" argument as valid.

    How many nationally ranked bands are there in Area B? TWO! Area D has FIVE currently ranked bands (in the top 30) with THREE in the top 10!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let me tell you about the year 2014 when a great high school that won't be named made first in prelims and then 8th in finals, getting knocked out of state. Area D has so many great bands that could make finals at state, CTJ, Ronald Reagan, Churchill, Hendrickson, Round Rock, Bowie, Cedar Ridge, Stony Point. It is a blood bath in Area D, state is a blood bath, UIL is a Blood Bath.
