From what was stated yesterday; it appears there was no time violation; so how is that unfair to CTJ?

It’s been A+. Much better than last year’s.

It might perceive being on the phone and tv 📺 at the same time is double streaming 😕 I’m not sure if there is a good way around that.

I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy to see a band be hyped like I’m seeing Bell be right now. Are they back?

I have been watching HSFB for awhile now and while most fans will definitely say a game can be lost on a penalty. The coach him or herself will tell you, a game is not won or lost on just one penalty. They’ll likely say we should’ve never been in that situation in the first place to allow it to be perceived that the penalty caused the loss. It doesn’t make any sense to punish the band for something they’re not even in control of.

Let’s just see what happens. Also, it would probably help for us all to get the full details because both sides have valid points but in the spirit of healthy band competition; that’s a crappy way for your season to end:

The difference is the kids didn’t commit a penalty themselves; as well any football coach will admit to you straightforward that a game isn’t won or lost off of one penalty. There are better infractions to decide upon than DQ-ing a band for 3 seconds exiting the field. That’s why I stated the rule needs to be revised to be more reasonable.

We’re talking about 3 seconds. Not 3 minutes. 3 seconds. It took more than 3 seconds to type 3 seconds !

Whether it is or not, the program should have the opportunity to appeal the decision. That’s the type of response you would expect to receive for cheating or something of the sort.

The UIL needs to revise that rule immediately. How are you going to just shut these kids season down like that for a minor infraction? That’s a bad look.
