With all that being said, who are the favorites, who will take the next step and challenge the favorites and who will establish themselves as up and comers this year. Doesn't matter where you are at in the State, DFW, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, it doesn't matter. Texas Bands rule, so lets get the conversation going. Crossing my fingers We’ll that sure would be a first! I feel like they are notorious for having a slow build through the season.
