Seen topics for these for Houston, Dallas, etc. and was tbh feeling a little left out. What do you guys think?

There is a general Austin thread that lists like 20 schools. What part of the state are you hoping to get feedback on?

One of my favorite small central Texas bands is Burnet. They're always great!

I remember at BOA Austin the announcer kept saying Burnet like, "Ber-net" and it bothered all of us that he wasn't saying it like, "Burn-it"

Ha ha, yes!  My BBMF (best band mom friend) and I kept yelling out the correct pronunciation each time he got it wrong.  :D

I did the same thing at BOA DFW when he pronounced Coppell wrong.  Only trouble was, once he got corrected, he kept emphasizing it like cup-PELLLLL.  He would really put that emphasis on PELL and it was funny!

Austin included, but was also hoping for the general surrounding areas. I looked for a thread and couldn't find it, must've missed it :P.

I agree, I can't wait to see where their new director takes them in the next few years.
